We Are Expanding
County Line Self Storage owns 8.75 acres at 9155 NW Expressway in OKC /Yukon Oklahoma.
We currently populate 2 acres with mixed self storage units ranging from small 5' x 10' units to large 16' x 45' RV & business units.
Also a large climate controlled building houses 10' x 10' and 10' x 15' units.
Our facility is currently filling the standard 10' x 10'/ 10' x 15' /10' x 20' /10' x 25' & 10' x 30' units, but has been overwhelmed with requests for additional larger units to hold boats, trailers, RV's and business.
We are committed to meeting our customers needs, so County Line Self Storage is expanding.
Our Phase II construction will include enclosed boat and trailer storage, with units set at an angle for easy access.
Also, large RV & business units will be constructed to meet our customers demands.
As with our Phase I construction, Phase II will include security cameras & recorders, external motion sensor lighting and additional lighting in each unit.
With our expansion comes opportunities.

As construction gets closer to completion, County Line Self Storage will offer "Pre-Leasing" of select units.
This will be a great opportunity for customers to insure they obtain the units they desire.
Vendors:
County Line Self Storage will be accepting bids from qualified vendors for buildings & building erection, electrical & lighting, fencing, concrete & dirt work along with other related services.
Employment:
This expansion could provide an outstanding opportunity for employment in management at this location.
